You can easily return your item using the prepaid return label included in your package.

Provided the return is approved, you will usually receive a refund or your requested exchange within 14 days after sending the item back.
If you chose invoice payment, we recommend pausing it with Klarna to avoid a reminder fee while we process the return. -

The fastest and easiest way to exchange a product is simply to return it and place a new order.

If you need to make a claim for an item, first take a photo of the product and contact customer service. If the claim is approved, you return the item.
Delivery

A tracking link is sent in the delivery confirmation email, and you can also find the tracking link under My pages. It can take up to two business days from when the package leaves our warehouse until tracking is updated by the carrier.

The delivery time above is shown in business days, so weekends and public holidays are not included. Delivery time is calculated from when your order is packed and leaves our warehouse. At checkout, you can read more about the estimated delivery times for each delivery method and choose the option that suits you best. -
If you discover that your item was damaged in transit, please take clear photos of the damage and send them to our customer service within 2 days of receiving the package, and we will help you further.

If you do not collect your package in time, it will be returned to us and we will charge a handling fee. To avoid this fee, even if you want to return the package, collect it and return it to us using the included return label.

We offer several ways to have your items delivered. Read more about our delivery options and find the one that suits you best. Remember that we always offer at least one free delivery option when you shop for over 1000 SEK.

Unfortunately, you cannot change the delivery address or shipping method on your order afterwards.

All our products are subject to quality control.
Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.
It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer's defects. -
An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.

Our products are available in a number of stores across the country.

After a successful order, you will always receive an order confirmation by email. If you cannot find it in your inbox or spam folder within three hours of placing the order, please contact our customer service and we will help you. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation by email.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to your order afterwards, such as changing size or delivery address.

Payment

If you shop via Klarna, in some cases you can switch between invoice and installment payment in the Klarna app. If you chose card payment, bank payment, or another direct payment method, unfortunately it is not possible to change payment method.
