Returns - Exchanges - Shipping and Delivery
As one of the Nordic region's largest suppliers of sport fishing eyewear, with competitive prices and experienced staff, we are unable to offer free return shipping.

You have a 30-day open purchase period and full return and exchange rights under distance selling law. The withdrawal period starts on the day you collect your package.
Return and exchange conditions
- The item must be unused and in new condition
- The item must be packed in its original packaging if it has one, and all labels must remain attached to the garment
- The item must be well packed and packaged securely
- You are responsible for the item until we receive it, regardless of who pays for shipping
- If an item has been incorrectly shipped by us, we will of course cover the shipping cost
- We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery
- If a return is not approved, a 120 SEK fee will be charged
- Customers outside the EU pay all costs related to returns or exchanges
- Unfortunately, we cannot handle direct product exchanges. Return the product and place a new order.

Personalized or used products
Personalized products, such as prescription lenses for vision correction or items with broken seals, cannot be returned. The same applies if a product has been used.
Refunds for returns
Refunds are issued once we have received the item, excluding extra delivery costs requested by the customer, such as home delivery, express costs, or choosing a carrier other than the standard option. Refunds are issued no later than within 14 days. If you paid by bank or debit card, the money will be returned directly to your card or account if you paid by direct payment. The refund will appear on your statement within a few banking days after we process it. Any shipping fee is deducted from the item amount. A new adjusted invoice will be sent to your email address.
Please note that you may lose all or part of the purchase amount if the item has decreased in value because:
• You have used the item.
• The item is damaged.
• The item has been handled incorrectly.
• You have removed the original label, etc.
• The item's original packaging is missing or damaged.
• You have cleaned the product.
• You have handled the item more than necessary.
• You have broken the item's seal.

Your package is sent to the pickup point closest to your address. Please note that pickup points in smaller locations sometimes have limited delivery schedules, which can affect delivery time. When the package has arrived at the pickup point, you will receive a notification and can collect it using Swedish identification and the parcel ID.
Track your package
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation to your email address. The delivery confirmation contains a tracking link that you can use to track your shipment. If you have not received a notification that the package has arrived, but the tracking link shows that it has reached the pickup point, you can collect it using the parcel ID/tracking number and identification.
At the pickup point
To collect your shipment, you need your identification and the number shown in the SMS or email notification. Remember that you must always be able to show identification when collecting a package. Only the person whose name is on the package may collect it from the pickup point. The shipment is kept at the pickup point for 14 days before being returned to us. We reserve the right to charge shipping and handling costs if the package is not collected. If you regret a purchase and want to return the item, it is usually better to collect the package and make a normal manual return.
Delivery delays
Delivery times may be extended if unforeseen delays occur along the way. DHL delivers to some parts of northern Sweden and Gotland with a delay of one or a few days, and this is not always included in the estimated delivery time shown on the website.
