Returns – Exchanges – Shipping and Delivery
As one of the Nordic countries' largest suppliers of sport fishing goggles with competitive prices and experienced staff, we do not make a profit by offering return shipping.

You have 14 days of open purchase and full right of return and exchange according to the Distance Contracts Act. The right of withdrawal begins on the day you collect your package. You must return the goods no later than 14 days after notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Conditions for returns and exchanges
- The item must be unused and in new condition.
- That the item is packaged in its original packaging if it has one and that all labels are still on the garment.
- The item must be packed well and securely packaged.
- You are responsible for the item until we receive it, regardless of who pays the shipping.
- If an item is shipped incorrectly, we are of course responsible for the shipping.
- We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.
- If the return is not approved, SEK 120 will be charged.
- Customers outside the EU pay all costs associated with returns or exchanges.
- Unfortunately, we cannot handle direct exchange of products, return the product and place a new order.

Customized or used products
Personalized products such as prescription lenses or items with a broken seal cannot be returned. The same applies even if a product has been used.
Refund of return
Refunds will be made when the goods have been received by us, with the exception of additional delivery costs requested by the customer, such as home delivery, express costs or the choice of a carrier other than the regular one. Refunds will be made no later than within 14 days. If you paid by bank/debit card, the money will be returned directly to your card or your account if you paid via direct payment. The refund will appear on your bank statement within a couple of banking days from when we made it. Any shipping charges will be deducted from the amount for the goods. A new adjusted invoice will be sent to your email address.
Please note that you may lose all or part of your purchase amount if the value of the item has decreased due to:
• You have used the product.
• The item is damaged.
• The product has been handled incorrectly.
• You have removed the original label, etc.
• The original packaging of the item is missing or damaged.
• You have cleaned the product.
• You have handled the item to a greater extent than necessary.
• You have broken the seal of the item.

Your package will be sent to a representative closest to your address. Please note that representatives in smaller towns sometimes have limited delivery times, which may affect delivery times. When the package has arrived at the representative, you will receive a notification and can pick up your package using Swedish identification and package ID.
Track your package
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation to your email address. The delivery confirmation contains a tracking link that you can click on to track your shipment. If you have not received any notification that the package has arrived, but see via the tracking link that the package has arrived at the agent, it is possible to collect the package with the parcel ID/tracking number/serial number and identification.
At the agent
To collect your shipment, you will need your ID and the number you will find in the SMS or email notification. Remember that you must always be able to show ID when collecting the package. Only the person whose name is on the package is allowed to collect it from the agent. The shipment will remain with the postal agent for 14 days before it is returned to us. We reserve the right to charge the costs for shipping and handling if the package is not collected. Please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the item, it is usually worthwhile to collect the package and make a regular manual return.
Delivery delay
Delivery times may be extended if unforeseen delays occur along the way. To some parts of Norrland and Gotland, DHL delivers with a delay of one or two days, this is not always included in the estimated delivery time we state on the website.
