Complaint


Please contact our customer service via email – info@leecheyewear.com The information should include a brief description of the defect, when the defect occurred, and preferably how the sequence of events went. We also request a couple of pictures showing the defect. Once we have started processing your complaint, we may request the item.


Repairs or damaged lenses are not accepted under Leech's policy and rules. It is the buyer's responsibility to store the sunglasses in a way that prevents lens damage.


According to the Consumer Purchase Act, damages occurring within six months are considered manufacturing defects unless otherwise claimed by the seller. After six months, it is the consumer's responsibility to prove that the defect is a manufacturing fault. If the customer is entitled, the seller must either repair or replace the product or refund the money.


Primarily, the defect on the item will be fixed through repair. If this is not possible and the complaint is approved, you will be offered a new item. If neither of these options can be fulfilled, you have the right to cancel the purchase and get a refund. Refunds are made within 14 days from when we have approved your complaint.

Use the enclosed return label from the original order, or alternatively ask us for a PDF of the return shipping label to print.

To receive compensation from the manufacturer, we must have received the defective product from you.

Right of Withdrawal


You have the right to withdraw from this agreement without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you or a third party, but not the transport company, whom you specify, takes physical possession of the item. We may wait with the refund until we have received the item back from you. If you want to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us, Leech eyewear, info@leecheyewear.com – Vävlagargatan 4G, 507 30 Borås, with a clear and unequivocal statement of your decision to withdraw from the agreement (e.g., by post or email). You can also exercise your right of withdrawal by filling out the following form.


Effect of Exercising the Right of Withdrawal


If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (but extra delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer are not included). The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days. We will use the same payment method for the refund as you used for the initial transaction. The refund will not cost you anything. We may wait with the refund until we have received the item back from you. You must return the item to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the day you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. The withdrawal period is considered observed if you send back the goods before this fourteen-day period expires. You will have to pay the direct costs of returning the item. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.


Warranty Claims


Every detail in our glasses is specially designed for function and durability. That is why we can offer a two-year warranty. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects on Leech glasses. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear or careless handling; scratches on the lens are not accepted.


Warranty Process


If your Leech glasses have a material defect, we will repair or replace them so you can be back by the water soon!


How to proceed if you want to use the warranty for your glasses


  1. Include a copy of the receipt
  2. State the reason for the warranty claim
  3. Provide your full address and mobile number

The 2-year warranty does not apply to "promotional glasses" sold exclusively by a retailer; in such cases, the customer is asked to contact the store or webshop where the glasses were purchased.
