Complaint

Please contact our customer service via email – info@leecheyewear.com The information should include a brief description of the error, when the error occurred and preferably how the incident occurred. We would also like a couple of pictures showing what is wrong. Once we have started processing your complaint, we may request the goods.

Repairs or damaged lenses are not accepted as per Leech's policy and rules. It is the buyer's responsibility to store the sunglasses in such a way that the lenses are not damaged.

According to the Consumer Sales Act, damage that occurs within six months is considered a manufacturing defect, unless otherwise claimed by the seller. After six months, it is the consumer's responsibility to prove that the defect is a manufacturing defect. If the customer is correct, the seller must either repair or replace the product or refund the money.

In the first instance, the defect in the product will be rectified by repair. If this is not possible and the complaint is approved, you will be offered a new product. If none of these options can be met, you have the right to cancel the purchase and receive a refund. Refunds will be made within 14 days of our approval of your complaint.

If these complaint procedures are not followed, the case will not be processed or closed.

Remember that the package should be sent as a trackable package, for example with a tracking number.

In order for us to receive compensation from the manufacturer, we must have received the defective product from you.

Leech Int AB is not responsible for deliveries from customers to us.

You pay the return cost yourself.

We will investigate the defect and show the complaint as a production defect, you will receive a gift card at leechstore.com. If it is out of stock, or has expired, you will receive a gift card at leechstore.com

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you or a third party, other than the transport company, indicated by you, takes physical possession of the goods. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back from you. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Leech eyewear. info@ leecheyewear.com – Företagsgatan 34, 504 64 Borås, of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear and unambiguous message (e.g. by post or e-mail). You can also exercise your right of withdrawal by filling in the following form .

Effect of exercising the right of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (but this does not include additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer). The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days. We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the initial transaction. The reimbursement will not cost you anything. We may wait with the reimbursement until we have received the goods back from you. You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The withdrawal period shall be deemed to have been observed if you send the goods back before the expiry of this fourteen-day period. You will have to pay the direct costs of returning the goods. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.

Warranty matters

Every detail in our glasses is specially designed for function and durability. That's why we can offer a two-year warranty. The warranty applies to material and manufacturing defects on Leech glasses. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear or careless handling, scratches on the lens are not accepted.

Warranty process

If your Leech goggles have a material defect, we will repair or replace them, so you can be back on the water soon!

Follow these steps if you want to use the warranty on your glasses:

The 2-year warranty does not apply to "promotional glasses" that are only sold at a retailer, in which case the customer is asked to contact the store/webshop where the glasses were purchased.
