2 years warranty

Each and every component of our glasses is specially designed for optimal function and sustainability. This is why we are pleased to provide a 2-year warranty, which applies to material and manufacturing defects in Leech glasses. The warranty does not cover damage caused by abnormal wear and tear or by negligent handling, nor does it apply to scratched lenses.

Warranty Claim Processes

If your Leech Eyewear has a defect in material. We will fix or replace them to get you back in the water ASAP!

To be entitled to a repair, new product or any other measure.

If these complaint procedures are not followed, the case will not be handled or completed

Remember that the package should be sent as a trackable shipping, for example, package with tracking number.
In order for us to receive compensation from the factory, we have to get the broken product from you,

You pay yourself the return freight.

We will examine the defect and if this reveals a production error, you will be issued a gift voucher you can use on leechstore.com. If the model is not in stock or if it has been discontinued, you will be issued a gift voucher you can use on leechstore.com.

The 2-year warranty does not apply to “promotion glasses” that are only sold by a reseller. For these, customers are requested to contact the store/webshop where they purchased the glasses.

Complaints Rules

Repairs or damage to the lens are not approved by Leech’s policy and rules. It is the buyer’s responsibility to store the sunglasses in such a way that the lenses minimize damage.

According to the Consumer Purchase Act, for goods that errors occur within six months are always considered to be original errors, unless otherwise stated by the seller. After six months, it is the consumer’s duty to prove that the error is original. If the customer is correct, the seller must either make the item, replace it with a new one or give the money back.

In all claims, a confirmation is sent by email to you that the complaint has been processed, or terminated

WORRYFREE

Worryfree provides you with extra protection in case of an accident. All you need to do is send your damaged eyeglasses to us and we will send you a voucher for the same amount that you purchased your eyeglasses for. You can use the voucher on any purchases at leechstore.com, such as a new pair of eyeglasses. Even better, is that your Worryfree protection plan is valid for life, to be used once, with no expiration date. Worryfree is only valid for damage, not loss.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS

When you buy a pair of new eyeglasses at Leechstore.com, you have the option of adding Worryfree protection plan. Your personal data and protection plan information will be registered by Leech at the time of purchase.

You may, at any time return your Worryfree-protected eyeglasses to us, together with your personal data (name, personal ID number and email address). In return, you will receive a voucher for the same amount that you purchased your eyeglasses for. You may use the voucher to make a new purchase at Leechstore.com.

The protection plan may be used one time only, for life, on your Worryfree-protected eyeglasses. We only issue vouchers, not cash. Worryfree is not valid for eyeglasses that get lost or stolen.
