Claims


Please contact our customer service by email at info@leecheyewear.com. The information should include a brief description of the fault, when it occurred, and preferably how it happened. We also ask for a few photos showing the issue. Once we begin processing your claim, we may ask you to send in the item.


Repairs or damaged lenses are not approved under Leech's policy and rules. It is the buyer's responsibility to store sunglasses in a way that prevents lens damage.


Under consumer purchase legislation, damage that appears within six months is considered a manufacturing defect unless the seller states otherwise. After six months, it is the consumer's responsibility to prove that the defect is a manufacturing defect. If the customer is entitled to compensation, the seller must either repair or replace the product or refund the money.


In the first instance, the fault will be remedied by repair. If this is not possible and the claim is approved, you will be offered a new item. If neither option is possible, you have the right to cancel the purchase and receive a refund. Refunds are issued within 14 days from when we approve your claim.

  3. Provide your name, address, postal code, city, country, phone number, and email

Use the return label included with the original order, or ask us for a PDF return label to print.

We will inspect the defect. If the claim shows a production fault, you will receive a gift card for leechstore.com. If the product is not in stock or has been discontinued, you will receive a gift card for leechstore.com.


Right of withdrawal


You have the right to withdraw from this agreement without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a third party specified by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the item. We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the item back from you. To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us, Leech Eyewear, at info@leecheyewear.com or Vävlagargatan 4G, 507 30 Borås, with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the agreement, for example by post or email. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal by completing the following form.


Effects of exercising the right of withdrawal


If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for extra delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer. The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days. We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction. The refund will not cost you anything. We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the item back from you. You must return the item to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw. The withdrawal deadline is met if you send back the goods before this 14-day period has expired. You must pay the direct costs of returning the item. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function.


Warranty cases


Every detail in our eyewear is specially designed for function and durability. That is why we offer a two-year warranty. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects in Leech eyewear. It does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear or careless handling, and scratches on lenses are not approved.


Warranty process


If your Leech eyewear has a material defect, we will repair or replace it so you can get back to the water soon.


To use the warranty for your eyewear, follow these steps:


  1. Attach a copy of the receipt
  2. State the reason for the warranty case
  3. Provide your full address and mobile number

The 2-year warranty does not apply to promotional eyewear sold exclusively through a retailer. In those cases, the customer should contact the store or webshop where the eyewear was purchased.
