1. Buy

When ordering, a purchase agreement will only be reached when leechstore.com has confirmed the order by order confirmation.
An order confirmation will be sent no later than 24 hours after ordering received by leechstore.com.
If delivery time changes in the order, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. You are always entitled to cancel the purchase at no cost until the item has been shipped.
leechstore.com has ownership and right of withdrawal of all products until full payment has been received from the customer.
To shop with us you must be 18 years old and leechstore.com must be able to determine the customer’s residential address.

2. Prices

Prices include 25% VAT for orders within the EU. In the case of confirmed order, prices can only be changed by circumstances that leechstore.com does not have.
For example, materially changed commodity prices, currency fluctuations or changed VAT. No expedition costs are added. Should the price change, the customer is entitled to cancel the purchase free of charge.

3.2 PayPal

PayPal is used to securely send payments over the internet. You can choose to pay from your PayPal account balance, a credit card, debit card, or bank account. To make a PayPal purchase, select PayPal during checkout on the site and choose your method of payment. Your funds are transferred immediately and securely.

3.3 Discounts and Coupon Codes

We may feature promotional coupon and discount programs. Follow these simple steps to redeem a promotion or discount code:
– On the Payment page at Checkout, Klick on the text, Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code.
– Type in your code and click “Apply Code

Discounts & Coupons If your discount qualifies, it will be displayed in the payment summary.

4. Deliveries / Shippings

4.1 Shipping costs within Sweden

A shipping charge of 39.00kr will be added to Sweden.
Orders made before 16:00 on a day off are treated the same day and are usually shipped within 1-2 days within Sweden.

4.2 Shipping costs Wolrd Wide
Prices may vary depending on the country in which the package is to be sent.
leechstore.com, no expedition fee and no fee for material is added.

Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
Packages longer than 130cm (eg long rods) or packages weighing more than 20kg become bulky, and will add extra fee on the shipping cost.
For delivery outside the EU or Norway, please observe that extra taxes or toll costs may be added in customs.

We reserve the right to sell all inventory items before we update the website, and we will inform customers about the estimated delivery time. The customer is always entitled to cancel purchase free of charge unless the item is in stock. The packages are delivered by DHL, FEDEX or another carrier to the delivery point or sent by mail.

5. Return Policy

Under EU rules, a trader must repair, replace, reduce the price or give you a refund if goods you bought turn out to be faulty or do not look or work as advertised.
If you bought a good or a service online or outside of a shop (by telephone, mail order, from a door-to-door salesperson), you also have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and with no justification

leechstore.com reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies’ administrative costs.

6. Complaints

If you want to advertise a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us by email for further instructions. Please let us know by email info@leechstore.com before you send anything. Submit the invoice / receipt so we can identify the return. Remember, you are responsible for shipping to us.
In case of a dispute, we will always follow ARN recommendations.

7. Unclaimed Packages

If your package arrives at a delivery venue, an email notification or text message will be sent to you. You as a customer are responsible for the correct number of the mobile number, address and e-mail address you entered.
If you do not pick up your package, you will be charged an administrative fee to cover return shipping and freight companies administrative minimum cost of 250 SEK.

 

8. Protection of personal data

In connection with registration and ordering, you agree that we store and use your information in our business for the sole purpose of completing and providing the service you expect from us. According to PUL (Personal Data Act) you are entitled to obtain the information we have registered and if you consider it incorrect or irrelevant you may request correction or removal from our customer register. If so, contact our customer service (please email info@leechstore.com). We also ensure that we will not sell or transfer any personal information (see our Privacy Policy).

9. Force Majeur

In the event of war, natural disaster, labor market disputes, government decisions and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably be foreseen, affecting entered into agreements and our commitment, which means that we can not hold that agreement / commitment, shall constitute grounds for that we are freed from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
